The polysomnography guideline (PSG) provides otolaryngologists with evidence-based recommendations for using polysomnography in assessing children, aged 2 to 18 years, with sleep-disordered breathing and are candidates for tonsillectomy, with or without adenoidectomy.

The guideline will be published as a supplement in the July 2011 issue of Otolaryngologists - Head and Neck Surgery (http://www.entnet.org/educationandresearch). To learn more, please check out helpful information below; a press release, talking points for the media and physicians, and the guideline.
